# Digital Share Ownership

The NFTs from the [collection](https://the-pedigree-society.gitbook.io/the-pedigree-society/nft-development/collection) represent digital share ownership in *The Pedigree Soc Ltd* (which includes [PawSpace.io](https://the-pedigree-society.gitbook.io/the-pedigree-society/tech-development/pawspace.io)). 16.67% equity is being allocated equally between 4,444 NFTs.

We are building a platform which we know will provide real-world solutions within the Pet Industry. We believe as mainstream adoption continues and major corporations seek partnerships to enter the space, we will be in a favourable position. In the event of being acquired, each NFT would receive an equal share of the thirty percent equity.\
\
A digital share certificate will be attached to each NFT, which states the digital ownership agreement linked to that specific NFT.[^1]
